Getting Started Package

Our Getting Started package takes you from first steps to fully operational compliance. Designed for businesses newly regulated under the reformed AML/CTF regime, including lawyers, accountants and real estate professionals, it combines expert guidance with hands-on help at every stage. We work alongside you to assess your risks, build your policies, put the right people in the right roles and get you enrolled with AUSTRAC, then train your team so your framework works in practice from day one.

What's included

•       Active assistance preparing your entity ML/TF risk assessment

•       Creation of AML/CTF policies tailored to your business

•       Guidance on appointing key roles, including your AML/CTF compliance officer

•       Assistance with AUSTRAC enrolment

•       Role-specific training for your compliance officer, senior managers and governing body

•       General AML/CTF training for all personnel

We can also work with you to fix your existing arrangements if this is necessary.

Ongoing Compliance Package

Once your framework is in place, our Ongoing Compliance package keeps it working. Through regular contact with a specialist who knows your business, you stay on top of your obligations, respond to change with confidence and avoid the gaps that develop when compliance is left to the last minute. It is the natural next step after Getting Started, and equally suited to established reporting entities wanting dependable, predictable support throughout the year.

•       Quarterly compliance meetings to review your obligations, risks and any changes in the law

•       Ongoing training, including annual AML/CTF training for all personnel

•       Assistance with annual reporting, both internal reports to your governing body and compliance reports to AUSTRAC
